今日はあの東日本大震災から4年が経ちました。
何度も訪問させていただいた被災地
瓦礫がたくさんあって
生活感も所々にあって
歩きながら
それを見つけてしまうだけで
心が苦しくなりました。

Today 4 years passed since the Great East Japan Earthquake.

The affected areas I was allowed to visit many times,

there is lots of debris,

there is also a sense of living,

while walking,

my chest became really painful 

when I saw all this.

そこから少しずつですが
人の力で復興は進んでいると
私は思います。

Since there it's going little by little,

and I think the progress in reconstruction is because of the human strength.

あの日の気持ちは
実際体験した方にしかわからない。
私たちができるのは
全力で支えること。
人は助け合いながら生きます。

The feelings of this day

can only be understood by those who actually experienced it.

All we can do is

support them with all our strength.

Humans live while helping each other.

だから今は私たちが
東北のみなさんの支えになるよう
努力するのです

So now we have to strive to

support everyone in Tohoku.

私たちにできること、
私たちにしかできないこと、
きっとあるはず。

There are things 

that we can do,

that only we can do.

誰かのためにも
みんなでしっかりと
支えていきたいです。

Let's continue to support them for 

their sake all together.
