K2公演のアンダーデビュー
いたしました(^O^)

これから一緒に公演出て
もっとこっちゃんの素が

こっちゃんの成長が楽しみです♡
梅ちゃんが公演に居ると
なぜか自然と笑顔になれます…

最近ずっと考えるだけで
緊張してたお仕事を終えたので
なんだか無敵ヾ(ﾒ｀･д･´)ﾉﾞ
とはいえすごくやり切れたので
緊張すごかったけど
終わって達成感でした！

Recently I'm thinking a lot,

because the work I was nervous about is over,

somehow I feel invincible!

I can say this so,

but I was really nervous,

so when I was finished, I had a really strong feeling of accomplishment!

あ～腹筋2日間サボったので
今日はいつもの倍以上やらねば…
いい感じに少しずつ腹筋出来たのに！
また1からだと思って始めます。

Ahh, I skipped abs-training for two days, so

I have to double my usual training today...

Even though I formed some abs in a good feeling before!

I think I have to start from 1 again.

今年もサンシャイン栄の観覧車に
ラッピングしていただいてます⭐
人生で2回も観覧車のラッピングに
自分の全身が乗るなんて…
有難い(´･ω･`)
なのでぜひ乗りに行ってね！

This year I'm allowed to do

lapping in the ferris-wheel in Sunshine Sakae!

I rode a ferris-wheel only 2 times in my life, 

so I'm really thankful!

Make sure to ride it!

そしてそのあとは
ココイチさんにカレーを食べに行く！
明日からですよ～
10月だからね！

And after that go to 

CocoIchi to eat Curry!

Because it's from tomorrow!

Because it's October!

ほうれん草とか
チキンにこみとか
えびにこみとか
食べやすいからいっぱい食べよう(^O^)
この期間はみんなダイエット禁止です！
毎日確認のために聞こうかな…
カレーbot的なやつ？笑

For example Spinach 

or Chicken

or shrimp.

Because it's easy to eat it I'm gonna eat a lot (^O^)

In this period diets are forbidden!

I'll ask for confirmation every day...
